Fino Stone Returns Information

Before making a return please contact us so we can send full return instructions.

Please check your order is in good condition when delivered. Do not sign for the goods until you have checked them and are happy there are no issues. In the instance that you receive damaged goods instead of signing you should write damaged on the delvery note and you must notify us in writing by email within 48 hours from the day after delivery.

Returns Within 14 Days Due To Change Of Mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days if you change your mind. You must notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel and return at your expense within a further 14 days. Your are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in the same condition. You are also responsible if there is any courier damage when returning so we would advise to take out insurance with your courier. If the goods are returned in a worse condition that delivered to you then a deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the loss in value. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item to allow time for inspection and processing.

A deduction to the refund amount will apply to returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are initiated outside the specified returns period.

Returns Within 30 Days Due To Damaged / Defective Item

If your item is defective it can be returned within 30 days. Please send us a picture of the issue as quickly as possible and we will then arrange a free collection. This only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover damage caused through use or from dropping etc.
