Delivery for baths is to kerbside only as standard. For delivery to a room of choice on the ground floor there is an additional charge of £40. We are unable to deliver up stairs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mainland small deliveries will take around 2-4 days. Large items will take 3-10 days. Offshore and EU orders will take 8-14 days.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Small and medium items delivery is to your door only. Delivery drivers can not take to particular rooms. If delivering to apartments the drivers can not take up stairs or in lifts.

Large items will arrive on a pallet and will be to kerbside or can be taken to your ground floor room of choice for an additional fee. Please see above for room of choice fees. Room of choice is not available outside the UK and will be to kerbside only.

DELIVERY ACCESS FOR BATHS

You are responsible for ensuring that delivery is possible at your address. For example, you should ensure that doorways are big enough to fit the products through before ordering, and that the delivery truck will have parking available and access to the address.

• All doorways must be wide enough to fit the bath through. Please check the product page to see the bath dimensions. Usually the bath height will be smaller than the width in which case the bath can be taken through on it's side.
• The property must allow access for a 7.5T or 18T truck.
• Access must be sufficiently wide (2.6m) for the truck.
• Delivery locations must be reasonably level and allow operation of a pump truck. For example a pump truck can not be used over soil or soft surface.
• The truck will have a rear tail lift so there must be 1.8m space for this to be lowered.
• There must be sufficient parking close to the delivery location.

Please check your delivery before signing for it. You will have 15 minutes to check for any courier damage. If you find any damage please be sure to sign that goods are damaged.
